We have a 4 hour response time and aim to fix all calls within this period.
All our engineers carry a standard set of kit in their cars. In the unlikely event that we do not have the part we will receive it direct from the manufacturer by 10.00am the next day.
We undertake regular service business calls and, of course, our engineers deliver toner at the same time which builds a good relationship with our customers.
