To deal with the changes of the modern business machine market, ABM decided to invest significant amounts of money in the business over the last four years.
This includes a new service management system to help improve the productivity of the Service Department and allow ABM to respond efficiently and effectively to calls relating to new and refurbished printers and photocopiers.
Our bespoke call management system keeps track of all calls placed and measures our performance. The industry standard is 8 working hours. We aim to deliver in 4 hours!
Our home page shows our current performance but our goal is to achieve 95% of our calls closed within 4 hours.
